New Post: How to Set Table Style

Are the "Table Styles" in MS Excel available for use on PHPExcel such as "Table Style Medium 2" that set alternating row colors, font, background header color, etc. such that I can set all cells in a sheet at once? If so, how do I set it? Or, are these styles a collection of settings and conditional settings that I would have to set up and apply myself? If I have to do it myself, how can I see, in MS Excel, what all these settings are?
